At Desert Care Hospice, we are committed in delivering excellent hospice care and support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To ensure that we can provide the best possible service, we only get the most-experienced and highly-trained hospice nurses, home health aides, hospice social workers, therapists, bereavement counselors, physicians, and volunteers.
Our people see to it that patients and families always come first, and making sure that every interaction allows for a deeper understanding of the patients’ needs.

Desert Care Hospice covers all prescription drugs related to the patient’s hospice. Medical equipment and supplies required to ease the patient’s life limited illness are also covered by us.
With a commitment in improving health care quality and safety, Desert Care Hospice was awarded “The Gold Seal Approval” from The Joint Commission (JCO), an association that accredits healthcare organizations.
Desert Care Hospice is a Medicare and Medicaid licensed provider. Both provide 100% coverage for care related to terminal illnesses. This includes physicians, hospice nurses, hospice aides, hospice social workers, therapists, counselors, bereavement support, respite care, medical equipment, medications, oxygen and medical supplies.
Located in the Palm Springs area, Desert Care Hospice has been serving the surrounding communities. We provide care for eligible patients who need our services.
